You must be able to maintain a 17 minute per mile pace or finish within 9 hours. The courses are challenging, and may have technical elevation gain up to 5000 feet per day. Combination of 2/3 road & 1/3 trail, minimal beach running. Course cut offs will be in place to ensure you are on track to finish within the limits. Those who do not meet the time limits will be picked up on course & permitted to continue on the next day as a non-finisher participant.
